While this varies by service and jurisdiction, the primary legally required forms are the Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), and Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Additionally, many industries (like finance or healthcare) have their own required notices and forms that must be provided.
Onboarding documents are the specific set of forms a new client completes at the very start of their service engagement. "Partnership documents" is a much broader term.
