to Managed Services than all other IT vendors.

We started the entire company on the premise that all services, engineers, tools, reporting, documentation, policies, procedures, and governance are devoted to a single mission - supporting Managed Services clients. Our Service Operations Center consists of 4 towers: ServiceDesk, Infrastructure, Security, and Projects Our Service Operation Center is HIPAA certified and US-based with 60 Level 1, 2, and 3 engineers, and analysts work around the clock, 7 days a week from our Winston-Salem North Carolina location ITIL standards, Governance, documented and published procedures and policies are brought to the client environment to ensure Best IT practices to support the business Our company goal and behavior is to ensure that every client is a referenceable client.

Ajit Singh

Director of Sales and Operations,Apetan Consulting Principal

Ajit is currently serving as Director of sales and operations in Apetan Consulting, the parent company of Excensure. Apetan Consulting is a full IT service company with a focus on IT staffing, he directs planning and sales strategy while overseeing operations and expansion. Since joining Apetan, Ajit has implemented a number of measures to increase market share and expand Apetan brand recognition which was later recognized by Inc 5000 in 2018, His distinguished career includes work in similar companies in the past and He devotes his time to analyzing business models, automating processes, and systemizing operating structures, to ensure a flawless business process and client satisfaction. Ajit’s role with Excensure is to focus on operations and efficiencies between Excensure and Apetan.

Pete Thompsen

Director IT Architecture, Principal

Pete Thompsen has been a senior IT consultant and architect in the Managed Services world for the past 15 years, supporting the widest range of clients across a majority of verticals including healthcare, finance, manufacturing, legal and real estate. Pete’s technology skills include system, network, and security expertise, and has ensured that client’s business and technology goals are aligned while providing for their future vision. Outside of work, Pete enjoys time with his family and friends. He also enjoys keeping his personal skills up to date with his home lab that serves as a testbed and equals the complexity of a mid-sized firm.

Steve Moisoff

Director of Business Development, Principal

Steve Moisoff has worked in Managed Services for over 25 years since helping to initiate the concept in 2001 at CNS on Long Island, where one of the first Network & Security Operation Center’s supported over 200,000 nodes and several hundred nationwide clients. Since that time Steve has led Managed Services in a number of technology firms, and spent several years serving on the board of the Managed Service Provider Alliance where he worked helped set the industry standards, worked with MS vendors, and consulted and trained hundreds of Managed Service Providers looking for guidance in their practices. With a Master’s in Social Work, Steve has devoted much of his spare time indirectly assisting over 4,000 families to adopt children domestically and internationally.
